Payment Option One: Standard Rate
Register with an AUD$225 non-refundable deposit via credit card or Direct Debit, with the balance of AUD$1,270 due four weeks before the course date. Note that your course place is only held on receipt of deposit.

Payment Option Two: Early Bird Rate
Enjoy a discounted course rate of AUD$1,195 if you register and pre-pay in full early. Full payment must be received at least eight weeks before the course date to qualify for this discounted rate. Note that your course place is only held on receipt of full payment.

Each course requires a minimum number of five participants, so registering early helps ensure the course will go ahead.
Registrations received up to six weeks before the course date will determine if the minimum number of participants required have registered. A confirmation email of the course going ahead will be provided five weeks before the course. To date, all courses have gone ahead.
Further discounts
Further discounts may apply for more than one participant from the same organisation or a participant who can provide a training room for a maximum of ten people. To discuss options, contact Dr Susan McLaine.
Refunds
If a course doesn’t proceed or participants withdraw more than four weeks prior to the course, all Early Bird participant fees will be refunded, minus a 15% administration fee. Standard Fee participants will be refunded any payments made above the $225 non-refundable deposit. All participants will be offered first registration in their state’s next available course.
If the participant withdraws from the course within four weeks of the course, a 50% fee will apply. Alternatively, you can choose to reserve a place in a future course and apply your fee to that course, after a 25% administration charge.
